Biographical informationChan Wah (aka Chen Wah) was born in April 1883 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in May 1901. He was five feet four and a quarter inches in height.
He worked as a laundryman at the Wing Hie Laundry, Bay View Terrace, Claremont, in 1912. He resided at 338 or 388 Newcastle Street, Perth, in 1916.
He moved to Gee Lee's Laundry at 77 Newcastle Street, Perth, in October 1918.
Chan Wah travelled overseas between July 1912 and November 1913.
