Description
Biographical information
Ah Yong (4) was born in June 1869 in Hong Kong. He migrated to Western Australia in August 1899.
He worked as a market gardener in Middleton Road, Albany, in 1916.
He moved to Perth in 1919 and worked on Quong Hong Sing's market garden, 51 Lake Street, Perth.
In 1920 he returned to Albany and worked for Ah Sam for 8 months. In July 1921, Ah Yong moved to Northam and worked for Sam McKay at Buckland.
