Biographical informationAh Wah (7) was born in about 1869 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1896. He was five feet five and a half inches in height.
He worked as a market gardener at Bibra Lake from at least 1909 to 1917. In 1916 he was recorded as working on Quong Lee's market garden at Bibra Lake before he moved to a market garden in Belmont in November 1917. Ah Wah stayed in Belmont until 1919 when he spent five months at South Perth before returning to Quong Lee's market garden at Bibra Lake (B).
