Biographical information
Ah Tow (3) was born in 1874 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1895.
He worked as a market gardener in Suburban Road, South Perth, in 1916. In 1921, he moved to a market garden in Maylands.
Ah Tow was fined £10 for 'Smoking Opium' in Perth in June 1918 (B).
He applied for a CEDT in 1913 but did not use it.
