Biographical informationAh Tong was born in about 1871 (1879 on CEDT paperwork, but less plausible) in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1891. He was five feet and seven inches in height.

He worked as market gardener at South Perth before he visited China for health reasons in December 1895. He returned in 1905? (C).
