Biographical informationAh Shing (4) was born in about 1879 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1890 or 1894. He was five feet four and three quarters.

He worked as a market gardener at Woodlupine in 1908 (E), then at Burswood in 1915 and in Green Street, Osborne Park in 1916 (B).
