Biographical informationAh On (3) was born in about 1881 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in March 1900. He looks much younger than stated (23) in his 1902 CoD file and seems to have still been growing at that time. By 1904 he was five feet three and three quarter inches in height.

He leased a garden at Wanneroo before travelling overseas in June 1902. He returned to Western Australia in November 1902.
