Biographical informationAh Mong was born in about 1865 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1896.
He was working as a market gardener at Perth in 1910. In 1916, Ah Mong worked on market gardens at Kalamunda and Gooseberry Hill. He moved to K. Lee's market garden in Gallop Street, West Perth, in 1918.
He was fined 20 shillings for 'Being Found in a Gaming House' in July 1918.
