He worked as a cabinetmaker at One Jack's Furniture Factory, 235 Newcastle Street, Perth [J. W. Wing], and resided at 12 Lake Street, Perth, in 1916.
Moved to Wah On's garden, South Perth, in 1918. The following year he worked on Chen Let's garden at West Guildford. In 1920 he returned to Wah On's garden in South Perth.
