Biographical informationAh Kim (7) was born in about 1875 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1898. He was about five feet and seven inches in height.
He was working as a market gardener at Perth in 1908 and Frogmore Street, Leederville, in 1913 (E).
From some time in the early 1920s until 1951 he leased Lot 6 along Suburban Road, South Perth, as a market garden (South Perth Rate Books). He was evicted in 1951 to make way for the redevelopment of the South Perth foreshore.
