Biographical informationAh Kay (2) was born in about 1863 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1896 or 1899. He was about five feet seven and half inches in height.

He worked as a market gardener on the Norwood Estate, Mount Lawley. He travelled overseas in June 1911 and returned to Perth in January 1914. He was market gardening at 28 Geddes Street, Victoria Park, in 1923.
