Biographical informationAh Jim was born in about 1870 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1894. He was about five feet four and half inches in height.

He was a partner in the See Shing & Co market garden at Wanneroo when he applied for a CEDT in August 1899 (C).

He market gardened in Gallop Street, West Perth, in 1916 and Charles Street, North Perth, in 1919 (B).
