Biographical informationAh Hoy (5) commenced a market garden in partnership with Chow Youke (1) in 1882. The market garden was in South Perth on land leased from Justice Stone.
During the 1880s Ah Hoy was also a partner in a shop in Barrack Street, Perth which sold vegetables and Chinese goods (this shop may have been Ah Ling & Co, 127 Barrack Street).
