Biographical informationAh Fong (4) was born in about 1871 in Canton, China. He migrated to Australia in 1898 and moved to Western Australia in 1900. He was five feet and seven inches in height.
He worked as a market gardener in Jones Street, Osborne Park from 1900 to 1920. During that time, Ah Fong travelled overseas three times: July 1905 to July 1906; March 1910 to November 1912; and April 1916 to September 1918. He left Western Australia permanently in June 1920.
