Biographical informationAh Chow (4) was born in about 1862 in Hong Kong. He migrated to Western Australia in 1887. He was just over five feet and five inches in height.

He worked as a cook in Broome in 1908 (E) then in Old River Station in East Kimberley. In 1917 he worked as a cook in Wyndham (B). He visited China between December 1908 and August 1910 (D).
