Biographical informationCoon Chow was 30 years old and working as a gardener in 1900 when he applied to travel overseas and return to the colony. He had been in Western Australia for 9 years. His certificate was extended in June 1901 and he returned to Fremantle per SS Australind in December 1901. His extension paperwork was sent to Kie Hay Hay at Hie Toy & Co.
