Biographical informationAh Tow (2) was born in about 1870 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1890. He was five feet, six and a quarter inches in height.

He worked as a market gardener in Perth before visiting Singapore for business reasons in August 1895 (C). He returned to Western Australia probably in 1896 (E). Ah Tow worked on a garden at 130 Fitzgerald Street, Perth, from 1916 to 1918 (B).
