Biographical informationFong Jie (aka Fong Jil) was born in April 1863 in Hong Kong. He migrated to Western Australia in 1891. He was five feet four inches in height.
He worked as a shop assistant at Roebourne in 1907 (E). He moved to Carnarvon Street, Broome and recorded as living there in 1916 (B).
